Andrea Loeppky is an acrylic painter, her subject matter ranges from landscapes and architectural compositions to abstracts and multimedia collage work. Andrea has had a life long passion for art, yet didn’t begin painting seriously until 2003 after leaving full-time employment. Her initial focus on mastering basic technical skills has, in the last few years, evolved towards a focus on expressive experimentation. Her signature is strong colour
and energetic brush strokes. Her work has been described as “vibrant and alive; [she uses] bold and beautifully blended colours that lend incredible strength to her work!”

Andrea Loeppky, originally from London Ontario, is married with two daughters. Andrea paints from her home studio in rural King Township, where the rolling hills and farmland surrounding her, feature prominently in her work. Andrea explains “I really appreciate the visual beauty of the rural areas in King, it is such a gift to have such beauty right outside my door. I am often inspired by what I see around me, and I hope my landscapes
will convey to others what a beautiful place this is, and maybe then they will share my appreciation for the need to preserve the countryside.“

Andrea’s work can be found in private collections in Canada, United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
